Getting Started with Resource Manager

Welcome to the Resource Manager! This guide will walk you through the initial steps to set up your account and create your first project.

Registration Visit the Resource Manager website and click on the “Register” button. Fill out the registration form with your name, email address, and password. Click “Submit” to complete the registration process.

Accessing the Role Planner After successful registration, you will be redirected to the Role Planner. Since you have not created any projects yet, the planner will be empty.

Creating a New Project A dialog box will appear, prompting you to create a new project. Fill in the following project details: Title: Enter a name for your project. Initials: Specify the initials for your project. Color: Choose a color to represent your project in the planner. Start Date: Select the start date for your project. End Date: Set the end date for your project. Click “Create Project” to finalize the creation process.

Loading the Empty Project Plan Once you have created your project, the system will automatically load an empty project plan for your newly created project. You can now begin adding roles and allocating resources using the Role Planner.
